Well, just go check out the City of Signal Hill and see what's happen'n!
Our company began in Signal Hill, California many years ago and had its offices there for many, many years. The City of Signal Hill is growing by leaps and bounds. I have seen them support their residents and community far beyond what I have seen available in other cities. To me and the folks in our business, they are the Little City on the Hill that has a Very Big Heart.
Page Publishing Company started doing the City of Signal Hills' community newsletter back in the mid 1980's. A few years later, when Adobe added the PDF capability (Portable Document Format) to our typesetting software (PageMaker) we were able to change our print files into PDF's for on-line proofing.
